Tru-line Interiors LLC (“Tru-line,” “our team,” “we,” “us”) is a kitchen and bath cabinet dealer in Richmond Hill, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through trulineinteriors.com, our online Cabinet Shop, and the Truline Pro app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to design, quote, sell and deliver your cabinets, and we never sell your information.

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and company name (if any).
• Job and delivery details: job or delivery address, city and ZIP, whether you are a homeowner or contractor, and any notes you add.
• Kitchen details: measurements, wall layouts, appliance choices, cabinet lists, door style and color, and hinge-side or modification choices.
• Order details: the cabinets and quantities you request and the prices shown at the time.
• Pricing account: if our team sets up a contractor or homeowner account for you, your name, email address and a password you choose. Passwords are stored encrypted; we cannot see them.

We do not collect payment card or bank details on our website or app. When you pay, you pay through a PayPal invoice, and PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and to block abuse.
• Sign-in cookies: if you sign in to a pricing account, WordPress sets cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.
• Information saved on your device: your cart, chosen door style, saved jobs and the contact details you enter in the Truline Pro app are stored in your own browser or phone so you don’t have to retype them. They stay on your device and are not sent to us unless you submit a request or order. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data or removing the app.
• Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or other information from your phone.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and schedule measurements.
• To prepare designs, drawings and quotes.
• To review, confirm and fill your cabinet orders, including ordering from our supplier and arranging delivery, pickup or installation.
• To send invoices and receipts.
• To show you the pricing for your account when you sign in.
• To keep our website secure and working.
• To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do the job you asked for:

• Service providers that run our website and email for us: Hostinger (website hosting), Web3Forms (delivers the forms you send to our email inbox), Google (fonts) and Wordfence (website security).
• PayPal, to send your invoice and process your payment.
• Our cabinet supplier, Kitchen Cabinet Distributors, when we place your order; this can include a job name and delivery address.
• Our installation partner, if you ask us to arrange installation or a remodel.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep requests, quotes and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, which is generally up to seven years for orders. Requests that never become an order are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to close your pricing account.
• Clear the information saved on your device at any time.

Children

Our website, shop and app are meant for adults planning or ordering cabinets. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer information is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
